1. How is international shipping calculated for my order?

International shipping is brokered by UPS and includes Taxes + Import Duties for simplified customs clearance. UPS charges brokerage fees for all international orders.

2. What is the AMMO return policy?

3. I made a mistake placing my order, can I edit it?

Upon receiving order confirmation, your ordered products are logged for packing and fulfillment. Orders cannot be changed once packed for shipping.

4. Does AMMO have retail locations?

No. AMMO is currently sold exclusively at AMMONYC.com.

5. Why is there no shipping available for my location?

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer standard international shipping to certain countries if the local post office is not endorsed by UPS, or the United States prevents US businesses from trade with sanctioned and embargoed countries.

7. My shipping/billing address on my order is incorrect, who do I contact?

8. I’ve received my order confirmation, when will it ship?

All orders will be scheduled for shipment in 1-2 business days, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 11am Friday may not be processed until the following Monday Morning. When your order is processed for shipping, you will receive a tracking confirmation email. You can track it in your account.
