Shipping Policy
All orders will be scheduled for shipment in 1-2 business days, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 11 AM EST on Fridays may not be processed for shipping until the following Monday morning. You may not receive any updates or tracking info until your order is processed and the freight company has had sufficient time to upload your tracking info into their respective system. At that time, you will receive an automated shipping notification with tracking.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer our standard international shipping to certain countries because the local post office is not reliable enough, or the United States prevents US businesses from trade with sanctioned and embargoed countries.
Please note all delivery dates displayed in checkout are estimates and aren’t guaranteed. We cannot control delays in delivery by the carrier.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS WHERE DUTIES AND TAXES ARE NOTED IN THE SHIPPING AS INCLUDED WILL BE SHIPPED WITH DUTIES/TAXES PREPAID. IF INCLUDED IN THE SHIPPING COST AMMO WILL TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR PAYING THE DUTY/TAX ON YOUR BEHALF.
PLEASE NOTE SOME INTERNATIONAL ORDERS MAY BE SUBJECT TO THE RECEIVING COUNTRIES CUSTOMS FEES, DUTIES, EXCHANGE RATES, OR TAXES. THIS IS OUT OF AMMO’S CONTROL. PLEASE BE AWARE OF YOUR COUNTRIES IMPORT TAX/DUTIES PRIOR TO PLACING YOUR ORDER. We do our best to adhere to all international trade regulations, and any customs charges relating to your package will vary from country to country. We cannot guarantee what they will be in advance or if your package will have any at all UNLESS NOTED AS INCLUDED IN THE SHIPPING AT CHECKOUT.

RETURNS
Return for Refund –If you would like to return for a refund, we can provide refunds to the original purchaser only, within 90 days of the purchase date. All refunds are less any shipping costs paid on the original order. Only unused "like-new" products are accepted for return.
Exchange/Return for Store Credit –If you would like to Exchange an AMMO product, we can provide a store credit, within 90 days of the purchase date. Store credits are less any shipping costs paid on the original order.
Gift Return/Exchange –If you received an AMMO product as a gift, we are happy to accept exchanges for store credit within 90 days of the purchase date (refunds may only be issued to the original purchaser.) We do not contact the original purchaser. If the order number is not available, please provide the name of the purchaser (proof of purchase on AMMONYC.com is required to process gift exchanges/returns).
